At Linden House all appointments are made by submitting a request via the Practice website and a GP will review all patient appointment requests in advance of an appointment being made.
If you or a family member who is a patient does not have access to the internet, then an appointment can be made over the telephone with a Patient Care Coordinator at reception, who will assist you in completing a request on our website on your or their behalf.
