Nurses

We have four practice nurses, three health care assistants and a number of phlebotomists working in the surgeries.

You will need to book an appointment to see them. They are able to help with many problems including travel immunisations, routine vaccinations, dressings, stitch removal, blood tests and blood pressure checks.

Jane Fraser

Provides patient care in all areas of general nursing including wound management, phlebotomy, warfarin monitoring and childhood immunisations.

Specialises in travel vaccinations and infection control.

Donna Martin

Provides patient care in all areas of general nursing including wound management, childhood immunisations and travel vaccinations.

Specialises in diabetes, asthma and respiratory health care and women’s health, offering cervical cytology and contraception.

Raf Aziz

Provides patient care in all areas of general nursing including wound management, phlebotomy, warfarin monitoring and childhood immunisations.

Specialises in diabetes, asthma and respiratory health care and women’s health, offering cervical cytology and contraception.

Karin Ziegler- Cleland

Provides patient care in all areas of general nursing including wound management, phlebotomy, warfarin monitoring and childhood immunisations.

Provides patient care in many areas of general nursing including wound management, phlebotomy, warfarin monitoring and some immunisations.

Carol Linnane

Performs Phlebotomy, some vaccinations and Health Checks.

Hilary Bryans

Performs Phlebotomy, some vaccinations, Health Checks and ECGs.

Community Midwives

Got a positive pregnancy test? Make an appointment to see the midwives.

They work in partnership with the GPs, providing the care you require during your pregnancy and following the delivery of your baby.

Community Nurses

District nurses are attached to each surgery; they visit the housebound and provide general nursing care in the community.

Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.

Health visitors are now based at Leatherhead hospital and can be contacted on 01372 384327.
